The installed Simplify module can be found as follows:
From the dashboard, navigate to the menu on the left side and follow this path:
Modules → Module Manager → Under the Modules Tab, choose the Category dropdown → Payment.
This is where you can set up and manage the payment methods for your store.
Any actions related to a Simplify order must be managed exclusively through the Simplify plugin. These actions cannot be performed using the Enterprise plugin.
To uninstall the Simplify module, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the menu on the left side and follow this path: Modules → Module Manager
2. Under the Modules Tab, choose the Category dropdown → Payment.
3. Locate ‘Mastercard Gateway – Simplify’ from the list of payment methods.
4. Click on the dropdown Icon next to it and select the Uninstall option.
5. A prompt will appear— check the checkbox to confirm that you want to delete the module folder after uninstallation.
6. Click on ‘Yes, uninstall it’ to proceed.
Once the uninstallation is complete, a success message will appear at the top of the screen, and the module will be removed from the list.
After executing these steps, the Mastercard Gateway – Simplify module will be completely removed from PrestaShop.
